Job Overview

We are seeking a Support Services Coordinator to join our diverse team in Sydney, Parramatta, Gosford or Newcastle. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the NI Technical Support Services Team, ensuring timely and accurate correspondence handling and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and organise the NI Internal Reviews Inbox, ensuring all requests are triaged and allocated efficiently.
  • Assist in managing EML's adherence to Section 287A Internal Review processes, including reporting, allocations and complaint prevention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting effective communication and resource allocation.
  • Proactively provide additional assistance within the team and business unit to support the achievement of goals.
About You
  • You have demonstrated experience in a similar role, with a strong background in administration and team support.
  • You possess strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • You are a team player who likes to work collaboratively but can also work independently.
  • You have minimum intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
