Job Description

This Administrative Coordinator position plays a vital support role within our team in Launceston. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative assistance to branch members through collaboration and communication
  • Data entry, processing inventory and stock levels into our database
  • Working across multiple systems to order parts, organize freight, and invoice customers
  • Handling incoming calls and directing them to relevant staff members
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in administration or a related field (bonus points)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Outlook, Microsoft Word, and other relevant software
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize workloads
