Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess patient needs and develop personalised care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and monitor for adverse reactions.
  • Meticulously track patient vital signs and health status.
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care.
  • Work seamlessly with physicians, nurses, and allied health to deliver coordinated care.
  • Contribute to quality initiatives and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Uphold established standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in acute, aged, or community care.
  • Proven ability to assess needs, develop care plans, and deliver high-quality care.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong clinical skills in medication administration and patient monitoring.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare technology.
