Job Description: Care Coordinator

We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team at Regis Legana. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our reception area, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be proactive, organized, and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

You will be working in a tranquil, rural setting, just a 5-minute drive from the Tamar Island Wetlands and 20-minutes from Beaconsfield Mine along the picturesque Tamar Valley.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
  • Administrative support including data entry, filing, and maintaining records
  • Assisting with staff rosters, training schedules, and stationery ordering
  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience working in a busy reception or administrative role. You will be highly organized, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills.

You will also need to have strong accuracy and data entry skills, PC literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel), and the ability to learn internal software systems.
