Lead Regional Operations Manager

 

The Lead Regional Operations Manager will oversee multiple locations, empower team performance, and drive commercial returns aligned to Salvation Army values and mission. This role requires adaptability, strategic thinking, and a passion for empowering individuals.

 

  • Achieve operational excellence by ensuring effective team performance, productivity, and quality standards across the region.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance commercial returns, expand services, and foster meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of local market trends, employment opportunities, and social dynamics to inform service delivery.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, evidence-based decision making, and participant-centered approaches within the framework of Salvation Army's mission.
  • Ensure compliance with National Standards for Disability, ISO accreditation, and other regulatory requirements.

 

Key Qualifications:

 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management, team leadership, and strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Possess a deep understanding of disability services, employment trends, and social welfare policies.
  • Familiarity with Salvation Army's mission, values, and operating principles.
