Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned control systems expert to lead our team in delivering innovative automation solutions across complex projects. The successful candidate will engage directly with clients, define project requirements, and develop clear scopes of work.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced individual to take on a leading role in the design, development, implementation, and commissioning of advanced control system solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Engage directly with clients to define project requirements and develop clear scopes of work.
  • Solution Development: Lead the design, development, implementation, and commissioning of advanced control system solutions.
  • Project Management: Ensure all project deliverables meet high standards of quality, safety, and timeliness.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Culture Promotion: Promote and contribute to a culture focused on health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ).
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in control systems engineering within water/wastewater, mining or heavy industrial environments.
  • Strong client engagement skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Proven experience with control systems, automation platforms, and industrial communication networks.
  • A current Australian driver's licence.
