Salary: $160,000 - $190,000

Job Description:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee and deliver residential and commercial grade projects, from planning through to completion. You will manage stakeholders, including trades networks, suppliers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project lifecycle for residential and commercial projects up to $20M.
  • Ensure timely delivery, budget compliance, and high-quality standards.
  • Mentor a team of project managers, providing guidance and training.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, contracts, and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Lead claims and disputes management, including risk management, cost control, and quality assurance.
  • Support commercial expansion by driving operational excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Senior Project Manager role, ideally in commercial and residential construction.
  • Strong background in large townhouse developments, multi-residential apartments, basements, and lifts.
  • Experience working in Tier 2 or Tier 3 space, with exposure to projects up to $20M.
  • Expertise in claims management, quantity surveying, rates negotiation, and managing a trades network.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience training and mentoring project teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Sound understanding of project management software and tools.
  • Local experience is a must and live locally.
