**The Role**

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering residential and commercial grade projects: large townhouse developments, multi-residential apartments, and more. You will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects while managing various stakeholders, from trades networks to suppliers and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from design through to completion for residential and commercial projects up to $20M.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage and mentor a growing team of project managers, providing guidance and training to develop their skills and knowledge.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Proven experience in a Senior Project Manager role, ideally within a commercial and residential construction environment.
  • Strong background in large townhouse developments, multi-residential apartments, basements, and lifts.
  • Experience working in a Tier 2 or Tier 3 space, with exposure to projects up to $20M.
  • Expertise in claims management, quantity surveying, rates negotiation, and managing a trades network.

**Location and Salary**

This position is based in Inner Suburbs, with a competitive salary package ranging from $160,000 to $190,000 per annum, including a lucrative bonus structure.
