Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Sydney. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving the people-related agenda for our local business units, working closely with leaders and employees to achieve our goals.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in talent management, performance management, and employee engagement. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, influencing and coaching leaders to drive business results.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a dynamic and success-driven organization, working on high-impact projects that drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience as an HR professional, with at least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in Australia
  • Strong working experience with Australian employment law
  • Solid understanding of the full HR cycle, including performance management, talent management, development, reward and retention, employee relations, employee engagement, employment laws, mentoring and coaching, resource management and career planning
  • Excellent influencing and coaching skills, with proven success in establishing credibility with leaders
