Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and talented producer to join our team in a challenging and rewarding role within the broadcast media and entertainment industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for pitching, developing and creating engaging and informative content for television broadcasts.

This includes generating story ideas, identifying high-quality guests and responding to breaking news with same-day content.

The successful candidate will have excellent writing skills, attention to detail and accuracy, as well as the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to breaking news with same-day content
  • Ensuring all production elements meet high standards
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a producing role in a radio or television newsroom
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to respond to breaking news
  • Contribution of innovative ideas and passion for engaging content
  • Solid understanding of media law and ethics
