We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic and highly collaborative Producer to join our incredible award-winning Drama team based in Sydney.

**What you'll be doing**:
As our newest Producer, you will assist in the development and production of original podcasts, bespoke audio on demand content, drama series, and from time to time, interview, documentary, and branded series podcasts.

**Please note that as this role will work with content in the Crime and investigative journalism space, this role **will **involve dealing with sensitive, graphic, and emotionally-challenging content.**

**Experience we're looking for**:

- Ideally 2 years podcast producing experience, or 4 years audio/radio content production experience
- Strong understanding of Story Structure, Narrative treatment and character development. Desired experience includes: show/series/format development - tv/film/play/audio
- Intermediate audio editing skills using protools software
- Intermediate audio recording and vocal direction experience
- Intermediate scripting experience
- Understanding of unique elements of narrative within drama/fiction
- Production co-ordination experience including coordinating schedules, show briefings and running orders, setting and abiding by deadlines, arranging studio bookings
- Great time management and ability to run multiple productions concurrently
- Ability to adapt to changing factors of live production and work calmly in a fast-paced environment in a methodical way
- Ability to work under pressure, be proactive, and solutions focused
- Great communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to provide constructive feedback
- Enthusiastic and highly collaborative
- Organised and highly detailed
- Passionate about audio fiction and a future in the narrative audio industry
