**The Department**

SBS Distribution - a division within SBS Media.

SBS Distribution primarily create and deliver online inclusion training to help organisations be truly inclusive of their own workforce and the communities they serve.

**The Role**

Reporting into the Business Manager and Producer within the SBS Distribution team, the Producer will primarily produce video content (animations and filmed interviews) and build accessible e-learning courses for the SBS Inclusion Program. The role also involves producing complimentary learning resources and supporting customers with course delivery and roll out. This role would be suitable for a mid-level producer who is keen to broaden their experience in the e-learning field.
- Edit filmed interviews to produce short, engaging 'mash-up' style videos
- Project manage animation production projects, including working with external animators and voice talent to visually articulate supplied scripts
- Build e-learning courses using primarily Articulate Rise 360 software, ensuring that courses comply with prescribed Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
- Produce additional course support material such as learning activities
- Manage delivery of e-learning courses and provide course-related customer support
- Address customer feedback and amend courses as required

**About you**
- An experienced mid-level producer with a passion for creating engaging, high quality video content
- Strong understanding of digital video storytelling and how digital video is consumed
- Knowledge of the e-learning industry, or a willingness to learn
- A confident and organised individual - comfortable working alone and in a team environment
- A great communicator, with fantastic people skills
- Proven project management experience (and ability to work with internal/external stakeholders on multiple projects simultaneously)
- Video editing experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent)
- Experience using WYSIWYG software to organise and display content.
- Experience working with animators (on look-and-feel, storyboards, review/refinement)
- Proficiency with Photoshop (or equivalent) - basic image manipulation at a minimum
- A working knowledge of image, video and audio file optimisation
- Experience in camera and lighting duties, on site direction an advantage but not essential
- Experience designing or building e-learning courses with authoring software such as Articulate 360 Storyline or Rise highly regarded
- Graphic design experience highly regarded
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects highly regarded
- LMS administrator experience highly regarded
