Position Overview:
The Chief Medical Officer with Private Practice Rights will oversee the delivery of high-quality medical care to both inpatients and outpatients, ensuring the provision of comprehensive 24-hour emergency services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and efficient medical services to patients.
- Manage emergency department operations and provide continuous coverage.
- Engage in private practice while maintaining clinical skills at the facility.
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
Qualifications:
- MBBS or equivalent, eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Fellowship from the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine or the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners is preferred.
- Advanced training in Emergency Medicine is highly regarded.
- Proven experience across various clinical disciplines.
- Strong understanding of community health and public health issues.
Compensation and Benefits:
The total remuneration package can reach up to $280,530 per annum, which includes:
- A competitive salary ranging from $182,106 to $210,332 per annum.
- Employer superannuation contributions of 12.75%.
- Leave loading of 17.5%.
