As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our medical team.
Key Responsibilities- Registration and Scheduling: Register patients and process relevant paperwork on arrival, schedule appointments using our state-of-the-art systems, and determine and inform patients of correct preparation requirements prior to their arrival.
- Communication and Customer Service: Answer telephone calls promptly and respond to all enquiries, provide excellent customer service, and ensure that patients feel welcome and supported throughout their visit.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage and prepare appointments to maximize efficiencies for the clinic, quote fees and Medicare rebates to patients, and process all Private, Medicare, DVA, and third-party insurance claims.
