Production Leadership Opportunity

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing machine operators and production schedules. You'll manage equipment operation, coordinate workflow, and optimize inventory and output in a high-tech environment.

  • Lead a team of operators across daily production
  • Operate and maintain specialized textile sorting and processing equipment
  • Align production schedules with demand forecasts and inventory targets
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure software integration runs smoothly

As a leader, you will work closely with the Business Development Manager to analyze market trends, forecast demand, and help shape our processes.

Key Requirements
  • Operations leadership experience in a production or manufacturing setting
  • Strong technical maintenance knowledge (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic)
  • Proven ability to lead people and drive process improvement
  • Confidence with IT systems and production software
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
