Senior Production Specialist

This role is focused on overseeing daily production activities, supporting the team, and ensuring operational targets and quality standards are consistently met.
Main Responsibilities:- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently in a tight warehouse environment
- Handle liquid-based products stored in IBCs, drums, and smaller containers
- Drive MR trucks and occasionally a manual ute for deliveries and collections in the Greater Brisbane and Gold Coast regions
- Perform general warehousing duties including goods receiving and dispatch
- Clean and maintain production equipment and factory facilities
- Support the manufacture and delivery of vegetable oil-based products
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure adherence to established procedures and protocols
- Previous experience in a factory setting, preferably in food production or logistics
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
- A careful and safety-conscious approach to all tasks
- Current Forklift Licence and MR Truck Licence (essential)
- Willingness to obtain a Food Handling Certificate (if not already held)
- High attention to detail and pride in maintaining cleanliness and organisation
- Flexibility to perform a variety of hands-on tasks, including cleaning IBCs and general labour
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to convey the importance of following established procedures
