Job Opportunity: Manufacturing Leadership

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our manufacturing operations, driving growth and efficiency through strategic decision-making and team collaboration.

The successful candidate will lead a high-performing production and engineering team by fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and improvement.

  • Develop and implement targeted strategies to optimize production processes, addressing bottlenecks and improving overall performance.
  • Align production and engineering goals to enhance cost efficiency, innovation, and sustainability, while ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.
  • Champion lean manufacturing, six sigma/5s methodologies, and other continuous improvement techniques to drive process excellence.

The role involves managing budgets for production and engineering, including headcount, equipment, and materials, as well as preparing capital expenditure proposals for machinery purchases, maintenance, and service contracts.

To succeed in this position, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Relevant qualifications and proven experience in a leadership role from a manufacturing background.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering principles, and project management practices.
  • Expertise in lean manufacturing, six sigma, and process optimization methodologies.
