Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end production process.

About the Role:

  1. This is a senior-level position that requires proven experience in print production, management or a related field.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate print production schedules to ensure timely delivery of printed materials.
  • Source and liaise with external vendors to negotiate pricing, timelines and quality expectations.
  • Liaison with stakeholders to maintain stock levels and meet project requirements.
  • Oversee quality assurance and proofing processes to ensure printed output meets specifications and brand guidelines.
  • Track and manage production budgets to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in print production, print management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital and offset printing processes, paper stocks, finishing techniques and colour management.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills with ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient in using production tools and software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator or print-specific workflow systems.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills when dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
