The role involves working closely with facilities managers to maintain buildings and common areas within an allocated portfolio. Key responsibilities include managing Body Corporate assets, maintaining and servicing contracts, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administration and Coordination: Assist with the delivery of administration functions associated with the CMS Facilities/Operations management contract.
  • Contract Management: Manage and maintain relationships with contractors, ensuring all services are delivered to a high standard.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless collaboration between stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit reports on financial and management objectives for various stakeholders.
  • Filing and Archive Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and archives.
