About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage a variety of new build projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in new build projects.
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
