Job Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team of therapists, delivering high-quality support services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized behaviour support plans for adults and children with diverse needs.
  • Conduct thorough functional behaviour assessments, create evidence-based support plans, and work with a varied caseload.
  • Provide ongoing support, supervision, and training to ensure continuous professional growth and development.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about improving client outcomes, enthusiastic team players who enjoy a dynamic workplace, and focused on person-centered, ethical interventions.

To be successful in this role, you will require full Australian work rights, registration as an NDIS Registered Behaviour Practitioner (preferred), a degree in allied health or related field, a current driver's license and vehicle, police check, and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain).
