We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Enrolled Nurse to join our dynamic team at the Central Adelaide Local Health Network. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care under the guidance of Registered Nurses.
About the RoleYour practice will evolve from novice to proficient, allowing you to build upon your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment. You will be an integral part of our healthcare team, assisting in various aspects of patient care while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
In this position, you will retain responsibility for your actions and maintain accountability in the delivery of nursing care. Your contributions will help foster a safe and nurturing atmosphere for patients, enabling them to achieve their health goals.
Key Responsibilities- To work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, prioritising workload and recognising changes in clinical conditions.
- To provide person-centred care, with a solid understanding of nursing roles and relevant healthcare legislation.
- To communicate effectively with patients and the healthcare team, using verbal and written communication skills.
