Accelerate Your Career as a Project Planning Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Planning Manager to join our Bidding team in Sydney, working on multi-billion-dollar EPC projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing tender and proposal planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. You will work closely with the estimating, construction, and procurement teams across various tenders, budget estimates, or schedule of rates build-ups for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in multi-discipline project execution planning and is proficient in Primavera (P6) and MS Office suite applications. Tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related field is advantageous.

About the Role:

  • Prepare tender and proposal planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing assets
  • Develop comprehensive Basis of Schedule documents outlining schedule assumptions, construction sequencing, calendars, weather, resources, equipment, and Critical Path information
  • Support the development and implementation of project-specific advanced work packaging
