Incu Beta Group has over 450 full-time staff, with 20 offices worldwide.

We are building the foundation for a global, full-service, digital agency.

We are looking to challenge the traditional agency groups with our service offering that is built upon the best foundations; expert teams, cutting-edge digital marketing technology and a commitment to achieving optimal return on marketing spend for all of our clients.

Incu Beta is growing and we are looking for ambitious and fun colleagues to join our global club and excite our clients.

The Role

Be the driving force for growth both for the client and Incu Beta.

This includes leading client strategy, meetings, preparing case studies and partner engagement.

Support clients in delivering the most impactful and efficient digital media strategies and help them analyse the data, trends and performance.

Helping the clients create detailed digital media plans across all key disciplines in order to reach their KPI's.

It's your goal to ensure all the campaigns are up and running, which means you are responsible for the budgets and the monthly invoices.

Work alongside a team of media consultants to drive and lead your dedicated Support Team making sure they are consistently delivering the right outcomes.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business related subjects
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing in account management or a related role
  • Native level of English in writing and speaking
  • Strong commercial acumen, client oriented and highly motivated
  • Proven experience and knowledge in Account Management on client or agency side
  • A people person - comfortable with collaboration and can build internal relationships with cross-functional teams (Sales/Consultants/Ad Operations)
  • Excellent organisational, and problem solving/decision making skills
  • Last but not least, you are curious and interested to know more about the latest developments in the digital industry
  • Strong paid media knowledge & commercial acumen is a must, other related skills highly regarded
