Your strong commercial acumen and ability to balance luxury service outcomes with profitability and performance outcomes will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations and performance of the hotel, ensuring smooth running and exemplary guest service.
  • Preparing and reviewing budgets and forecasts, managing and chasing debtors, overseeing orders and conducting audits.
  • Partnering with Sales, Revenue, and Marketing to build an annual business plan and actively monitor and revise it based on hotel performance.

We are looking for a candidate with strong luxury/lifestyle/upper upscale hotel brand exposure, with 5-10 years of hotel management experience, including a minimum of 5 years at a General Management level. You will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results, with a strong focus on revenue growth, team development, and luxury service delivery.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Strong luxury/lifestyle/upper upscale hotel brand exposure.
  • 5-10 years of hotel management experience, including a minimum of 5 years at a General Management level.
  • Proven experience in team development, luxury service delivery, and operations.
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work to project deadlines.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to balance luxury service outcomes with profitability and performance outcomes.
  • High standards of attention to detail and strong communication (written & verbal) skills.
