We are seeking a highly skilled Business Assurance & Controls Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Risk Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of risk management practices across the organization.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks to the business
- Conducting risk assessments and providing recommendations to management on risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management practices are in place
- Providing training and guidance to employees on risk management best practices
- Monitoring and reporting on risk management metrics to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
