Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Aspect Therapy team, working with individuals on the autism spectrum and their families/support network.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will work in partnership with the individual and their families/support network to identify strengths, areas of need, and develop support strategies that build capabilities and work with participant's interests.
You will meet participants in their community setting to work on transferrable skills that shape their everyday lives.
Our team provides a supportive and inclusive environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to individuals on the autism spectrum and their families/support network
- Develop and implement individualized support plans that promote participant's capabilities and interests
- Work collaboratively with the Aspect Therapy team to achieve outcomes and goals
- Contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in occupational therapy
- Fully registered with AHPRA
- Current driver's licence, use of own vehicle for business purposes (reimbursed per km) and willingness to travel across your local community
- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance
- Working with Children Check for paid employment for the state you reside in
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' certificate
