About the Role

Aspect is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality support to individuals on the autism spectrum. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work in partnership with our trusted Aspect Therapy team to identify strengths, areas of need, and develop support strategies that build capabilities and work with participants' interests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to individuals on the autism spectrum in their community setting
  • Work collaboratively with the Aspect Therapy team to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Conduct assessments and develop strategies to build capabilities and work with participants' interests
  • Provide training and support to Aspect staff and families on occupational therapy principles and practices

What You'll Need

  • Tertiary qualifications in occupational therapy
  • Fully registered with AHPRA
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across your local community
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance
  • Working with Children Check for paid employment
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' certificate
