Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Aspect Therapy team, providing support to individuals on the autism spectrum and their families. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work in partnership with our trusted team to identify strengths, areas of need, and develop support strategies that build capabilities and work with participant's interests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to individuals on the autism spectrum, focusing on functional goals and community-based support
- Work collaboratively with the Aspect Therapy team to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Conduct assessments and develop strategies to support individuals in achieving their goals
- Provide training and support to families and support networks on strategies for supporting individuals on the autism spectrum
