Beachfront Accommodation Operations Manager

Embark on a coastal career as an Operational Excellence Leader, overseeing the daily operations of this beachfront accommodation venue. Lead a team of professionals and drive outstanding guest experiences.
This is a full-time role with potential live-in accommodation for the right candidate. The successful applicant will take full responsibility for driving operational excellence, community engagement, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Sustain high-quality service delivery across all areas
- Nurture strong relationships within the team and with guests
- Foster local partnerships to drive occupancy and revenue growth
- Cultivate a skilled and motivated team through effective recruitment, training, and development strategies
- Promote revenue maximisation through yield management and cost control initiatives
- Maintain exceptional facilities, amenities, and grounds
- Design and execute memorable guest experiences
- Demonstrated experience in hospitality or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
