Swimming Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Swimming Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our Aquatic Programs team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality swimming lessons to participants of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver swimming lessons in accordance with Council's guidelines and policies
  • Provide excellent customer service to participants and their families
  • Conduct regular assessments and progress reports to ensure participants are meeting their goals
  • Work collaboratively with the Aquatic Programs team to develop and implement new programs and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Current Austswim Certificate for Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety or equivalent qualification
  • AUSTSWIM Infant and Pre-school qualification or equivalent certification
  • Current CPR/Resuscitation Certificate
  • Current Working with Children Check (NSW)
