Lead Aquatics Program Manager

The role of Lead Aquatics Program Manager is a key leadership position that oversees the development, implementation and tracking of the annual aquatics plan with the Head of Active Communities.

- Develop, implement and track the annual aquatics plan with the Head of Active Communities.

">

- Monitor and report on program performance ensuring KPIs are met and implementing corrective actions.

">

- Oversee program coordination to enhance engagement and drive participation.

">

- Support centre teams during peak periods to ensure high customer satisfaction and monitor service standards.

">

- Implement member retention strategies and monitor customer feedback for continuous improvement.

">

- Collaborate with Sales and Guest Experience Manager to achieve targets and maximise community participation.

">

- Foster teaching excellence through training plans performance monitoring and compliance.

">

- Optimise programs with efficient timetables lane allocations and roster management.

">

- Develop pathways from Learn to Swim to Squad in collaboration with the Head Squad Coach.

">

Key Qualifications:

- Tertiary qualifications relevant to the role or equivalent experience.

- Current Swim Teacher Licence.

- Current First Aid Certificate - Workplace Level 2 (can be attained upon employment).

- Current CPR Certificate (can be attained upon employment).

- Current Working with Children Check.

- Current National Police Check.
