As an Entertainment Travel Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional travel experiences to high-profile clients.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our Touring Department. You will be responsible for managing client travel requirements, including VIP client travel requirements, while anticipating and understanding individual client preferences and needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate complex logistical itinerary plans to deliver practical travel solutions, ensuring that budgets and specific requirements are met.
  • Provide premium service to all VIP enquiries, requests, bookings, and ticketing with the highest standards and quality documentation.
  • Analyze and resolve errors or complaints adhering to the highest standards of customer service.
  • Negotiate the best rates and deals from vendors to reduce client expenditure.
  • Manage and successfully deliver profit and sales targets in relation to own client portfolio, continually looking for opportunities to maximize revenue and margin.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
  • At least 4 years of relevant travel consulting experience within a travel agency, managing high-demand clientele.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of airfares, contracted fares, ticketing, and reissues.
  • Familiarity with GDS systems (Travelport preferred).
  • Versatility in booking flights, hotels, and published airfares.
  • Experience handling VIP, touring, film, theatre, production, or media clients, and/or group travel.
