An exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer-focused individual to join the dormakaba team as a Service Sales Consultant.
Reporting to the Service Sales Manager, the Service Team provides preventative maintenance services for automated access equipment, as well as refurbishment and spare part sales. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing key relationships with all stakeholders, including building owners, facilities managers, and internal customers.
Your main focus will be pursuing and processing refurbishment quotes for our established customers. By identifying opportunities, you will represent dormakaba to the market for the supply of our products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with our Internal Sales and ensure spare part quotes are submitted and followed up.
- Manage and foster relationships with key state-based accounts.
- Utilize exceptional organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via regular reporting and meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
Access Solution industry experience is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate who fits our company culture and values. We are happy to consider transferrable skills, such as good attention to detail, closing deals, managing interruptions during tasks, and working with people.
Able to use our service database (CRM Salesforce/Service Max) is an advantage but not essential.
