Our Customer Service Coordinators play a critical role in our branch teams, assisting customers with their equipment solutions. They coordinate daily operations, including equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, and breakdowns. They also identify and respond to customer needs in person and by phone and email, contributing to team KPIs such as customer loyalty, sales revenue, and safety.
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll work in a fast-paced environment, thrive on variety, and be a quick learner with a high level of attention to detail. You'll have intermediate computer skills and previous experience in a customer service role, with a genuine interest in helping others.
