Insurance Broker/Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to join our team and strengthen relationships with existing clients, manage a diverse range of SME and commercial accounts, and tap into new opportunities.

About the Role:

This is an excellent blend of portfolio management and business development. As an insurance broker, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SME and commercial clients across various industries, building new relationships through referrals, networking, and strategic outreach, meeting with clients to assess risks and design tailored insurance programs, working closely with underwriters to prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and finalise policies, providing renewal strategies, claims support, and ongoing risk management advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of SME and commercial clients
  • Build new relationships through referrals, networking, and strategic outreach
  • Meet with clients to assess risks and design tailored insurance programs
  • Work closely with underwriters to prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and finalise policies
