About Our Insurance Advisor Role

We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to join our team as an Insurance Advisor. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering expert advice and technical assistance to our business.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and is passionate about delivering high-quality insurance solutions.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
  • High level of service orientation and initiative
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert advice and technical assistance to our business
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our business

Requirements:

  • Tier 1 RG146 qualification
  • Familiarity with iBais and/or Insight (desirable)
  • Familiarity with OfficeTech (desirable)
