About the Role

We are seeking a Sustainability Strategy Leader to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a passionate and motivated team while providing technical expertise and support in implementing more sustainable practices in waste management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, delivery, and implementation of customer-facing sustainability strategies.
  • Deliver sustainable solutions that meet and exceed client expectations, while supporting our Business Development and Sales teams.
  • Evaluate reports and data to ensure relevant information is communicated back to customers.
  • Develop and identify sustainability targets for deployment to existing and potential clients.
  • Maintain business networks and relationships to promote our services in the wider community.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in a similar management role.
  • Knowledge of key sustainability practices, waste legislation, and frameworks.
  • Waste auditing experience looked upon favourably but not essential.
  • Qualifications in environmental science or similar qualification (desirable).
