Job Title: Sustainability Leader

The organisation seeks a highly skilled professional to lead environmental and resilience strategies, driving performance and building resilience in operations and the local area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement environmental strategies, targets and projects to improve performance and build resilience
  • Embed priorities into systems and processes across the organisation
  • Coordinate strategy implementation across multiple teams to ensure targets are achieved, measured and reported
  • Lead risk management for environmental and climate risks affecting the organisation and community
  • Provide specialist advice and foster collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree and more than 10 years' experience in sustainability
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • A proven ability to inspire others and deliver results in complex environments
