**Opportunity Overview**

We're seeking a strategic thinker to support the Head of Sustainability in shaping and executing a sustainability strategy that delivers meaningful outcomes across diverse teams.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on embedding sustainability into our business through planning, governance, and innovation initiatives. You'll lead cross-functional efforts to ensure our sustainability efforts are aligned, accountable, and high-performing.

Key skills for success include:

  • Proven experience in sustainability strategy, governance, or program delivery within a complex organisation.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead planning, budgeting, and risk management processes.

**What You'll Bring**

To thrive in this role, you'll need a degree qualification in sustainability, strategy, planning, or a related field. Proven experience developing and delivering sustainability strategies and programs that create value is essential. Strong governance experience and demonstrated success in leading large-scale sustainability change programs are also required.

In addition, you'll bring a collaborative mindset, a passion for innovation, and excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
