Facilities Manager Position

We are seeking a dynamic facilities professional to oversee the efficient operation of our facilities and carpark. This role will focus on maintaining optimal functioning, enhancing sustainability initiatives, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and present annual maintenance plans and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Assist in managing operational budgets while overseeing capital expenditure projects.
- Lead the operations team to minimize maintenance costs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement sustainability strategies and manage waste diversion programs.
- Conduct regular facility inspections, manage contractor performance, and ensure adherence to service agreements.
- Oversee building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Manage daily operations of carpark facilities, ensuring business continuity and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and EPA regulations, conducting regular site inspections.
- Handle billing and invoicing for season parkers, providing revenue reports to finance.
- Proven experience in facilities management and carpark operations.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
