Job Title: Facilities Coordinator Role

This role is a key position in managing facilities, office administration, and front-of-house responsibilities.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Facilities Coordinator to oversee day-to-day office operations, coordinate maintenance, and liaise with property services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in workplace coordination, office administration, facilities management, or reception. They should possess strong organisational and multitasking skills, be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, and have a proactive problem-solving approach.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, maintain records, and assist with daily office administration.
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and catering arrangements.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management to maintain a seamless office experience.
  • Ensure the workplace meets safety standards and report any concerns.

Requirements:

  • Experience in workplace coordination, office administration, facilities management, or reception.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive problem-solving approach.
