Facilities Manager Position

The Field Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of technical professionals to deliver high-quality facilities management services.
Key Responsibilities:
- To monitor the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and identify areas for improvement.
- To ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, and industry standards.
- To conduct field inspections and site audits annually to assess the effectiveness of our operations.
- To build strong relationships with key stakeholders and maintain open communication channels.
- To provide support and assistance to contractors as needed.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience working in retail maintenance.
- Trade qualification or similar preferred.
- Technical knowledge of building systems, including electrical, heating, cooling, and plumbing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, organisational, and administrative skills.
- Available on call to attend critical incidents after hours.
- Current driver's licence.
