Regional Operations Leader

This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence and delivering business outcomes through high-quality service delivery, stakeholder management, and effective leadership.

About You
This role requires a strong leader with values-driven leadership skills, aligning with the organization's culture of unity, support, responsiveness, passion, and professionalism. Key qualifications include:

  • Leadership capability to support young people by leading local operations.
  • Operational Planning skills to adapt to changing placement needs.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in a youth-related field (e.g., Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Education, Community Work).
  • Demonstrated understanding of quality systems in residential youth services, gained through significant experience.
  • Competency in using MS Suite, with ability to learn other programs.
  • A valid Australian driver's license.
