About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive at our service centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring their needs are met
  • Direct customers to the relevant service areas, providing clear and concise information about their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs
  • Collect and return customers' vehicles for service in a safe and timely manner, ensuring their vehicles are returned in a clean and tidy condition
  • Manage and direct visitor parking, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of customers through the service centre
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors to maintain pickup schedules, ensuring customers are kept informed of any delays or changes
  • Drop off and pick up customers as required, providing a safe and reliable transportation service
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols and procedures

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Full work rights in Australia
  • A valid Australian or international driver's licence
  • A genuine, friendly personality with a strong commitment to customer service
  • A high standard of personal presentation
  • Ability to work outdoors when required
  • Effective time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude
