We are seeking a friendly and personable team member to join our Service Centre team as a Concierge and Driver. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, directing them to the relevant areas of the dealership, and providing a safe and timely transportation service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming manner
  • Direct customers to the relevant areas of the dealership
  • Provide safe and timely transportation service
  • Manage and direct visitor parking
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors to maintain pickup schedules
  • Drop off and pick up customers as required
  • Maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Full work rights in Australia
  • A valid Australian or international driver's licence
  • A genuine, friendly personality with a strong commitment to customer service
  • A high standard of personal presentation
  • Ability to work outdoors when required
  • Effective time management skills
