We are seeking a skilled retail professional to join our team in a supervisory role. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail stores and leading a team of store associates.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, managing stock movements to reduce shrinkage and optimise sales, and maintaining high standards of store presentation. You will also be responsible for leading from the front, providing an outstanding experience for customers through your product knowledge and ability to offer solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Reinforce the customer-centric nature of our business by providing a superior customer experience for each person who walks through our store.
  • Store Operations: Ensure our stores are open and ready to be shopped by our customers, manage the movement of stock to reduce shrinkage and optimise sales, and file and tidy the shopfloor.
  • Leadership: Work closely with the store leadership team to deliver on performance objectives set for your store with respect to Sales, People, Audit & Compliance, Visual Merchandising, and Wages.
  • Team Management: Provide effective leadership on days where you are required to run a shift, ensuring that all store team members receive the required feedback, support, and training.
What We Are Looking For

We are looking for individuals with a minimum 1 year experience in a customer-service role, preferably with operational supervision experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication skills.
