Leading Retail Store Manager
We're seeking a seasoned and driven retail professional to oversee store operations, foster a culture of excellence, and drive business results.
This strategic leadership role requires a proven track record in managing store teams, optimizing sales and stock performance, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth
- Analyzing sales and stock data to inform decision-making and optimize store performance
- Mentoring and coaching team members to achieve success and inspire their career development
- Ensuring the efficient management of workload, workflow, and time management
- Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that prioritizes team members' wellbeing and mental health
Our ideal candidate possesses at least 2 years of management experience in a retail environment, with a genuine passion for fashion and strong leadership skills. They should be able to motivate and engage their team, drive sales targets, and demonstrate a deep understanding of retail operations.

- A proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, including budgets, wages, rostering, visual merchandising, and stock management
