Job Title: Service Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering quality, person-centered, and goal-focused outcomes in an efficient and safe working environment.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will work closely with our participants, support workers, families, and carers to deliver high-quality services aligned with organizational policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing site operational activities, including client service delivery, site safety, customer care, and safeguarding;
  • Supervising a small team on a rotating roster to maintain effective site operations and resolve issues;
  • Ensuring team member awareness of individual client requirements;
  • Providing role modeling to staff and ensuring compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework;
  • Delivering and encouraging others in the accurate documentation of all activities;
  • Medication management and Behaviour Support supervision and monitoring.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum diploma in community services or 3 years of management experience;
  • Demonstrated ability in assisting vulnerable people to identify goals and make necessary choices and decisions;
  • Knowledge and understanding of the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework or the ability to develop;
  • Experience within residential services support for people with disability and supervising and coordinating after-hours and on-call care.
