About the Role

This is a vital role that involves engaging with our most strategic customers in the mining and oil and gas sector as a subject matter expert in EPC optimization, maintenance, and modification across private LTE networks. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high degree of information coordination across Titan ICT business areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and review of technical design documentation.
  • Design, manage, and maintain standard documentation and specifications.
  • Design, develop, and implement technical solutions to address network issues.
  • Preparation of acceptance testing plans, procedures, and test scripts.
  • Keeping abreast of new technologies and developments in their chosen field and providing training and information sessions to other consultants.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve serious service incidents, including hardware & software faults.
  • End-to-end trace analysis and troubleshooting of Private LTE Systems.
  • Manage, maintain, and optimize the LTE Core and OAM network.
  • Engage in Root Cause Analysis for incidents and LTE Core and OAM network issues.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders and identify solutions for new services additions.
  • Undertake and manage the production and submission of Proposals and Tenders in line with Titan ICT's quality management system and client requirements.
  • Lead FAT, SAT, and commissioning of implemented solutions.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced ICT professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in LTE Evolved Packet Core and Operation and Management platforms. IP/Telecoms experience within a mine environment is preferred, and autonomy experience would be a bonus. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of configuration, commissioning, testing, and validation of LTE Enterprise Systems.

They will also have excellent analytical and technical skills of LTE networks, specifically in LTE Enterprise Networks. Experience in EPC & LTE network setup, routing, signalling, and call flow concepts is essential. The ability to document and report design solutions and review documentation and design deliverables is also required.

We are looking for a team-oriented and skilled individual with excellent interpersonal skills and technical communication skills. A Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, university equivalent, or industry certifications is preferred.
